Partnerships & Community Support
Build referral pathways with shelters, housing programs, and treatment centers while engaging in coalitions to expand outreach and coordinated care.

Ensure services are culturally and linguistically accessible, employ staff with lived experience, and train all team members in trauma-informed, responsive care.
